COSMELAN PEEL
Cosmelan® is a depigmenting method that removes spots fully and prevents their reappearance for a short-term outcome, while being able to maintain hyperpigmentations under control for a long-lasting outcome.

HOW IT WORKS
The cosmelan® method is a unique combination of active ingredients of proven efficacy that provides it with a unique and dual action for a short- and long-term outcome.
This comprehensive and synergistic action method ensures higher depigmentation efficacy, greater comfort during treatment and lower risk of repigmentation. The process involves:
THE PHASES
Phase 1 a Pre-treatment is applied to accelerate cellular renewal, activate the skin system and promote migration of pigment lesions to the surface of the skin.
At this point while the skin is assessed, it will be discussed with you two pre-treatment options that will selected by your skin expert according based on the type and depth of the skin lesions
The Cosmelan® treatment session begins with the Oil Removing Solution that enhances penetration of active ingredients and maximises the efficacy of treatment. Following the cosmelan® 1 professional mask application, the mask is a highly concentrated formula and it will be left on for about 8 to 12 hrs based on the skin type and lesions.
Mask Removal: for an effective removal, the mask needs to be removed with plenty and tepid water.
The transition to Phase 2, 3 and 4 includes in-clinic follow up treatments and home care steps. They will be ESSENTIAL to achieve results.
Phase 2 Continuous Depigmentation process initiates with the combination of the Cosmelan Home Care kit and follow up session. During this phase the skin pigmentation is continuously targeted with Cosmelan®2 depigmentation cream, Melan Recovery soothing balm and Mesorprotecth Melan 50 high photoprotective sunscreen.
Phase 3 Hyperpigmentation Regulation kicks in, starting the 2nd month the continuous usage of Cosmelan Home Care kit will regulate the melanin production, keeping pigment production at bay.
Phase 4 is all about Control Reappearance. In the next 3 months home care and in-clinic care is about keeping the triggers under control, ensuring the new formation of pigment will not occur and previous lesions will not reappear allowing the skin to produce enough melanin only for protection purposes.
THE RESULTS
Results are individual and greatly depend on the pigment lesion type, skin health and lifestyle. FAQs
Your cosmelan® application appointment will be scheduled first up in the morning. Make this a “ME TIME” day, as you will be wearing your cosmelan® 1 treatment for 8 – 12 hours and will have to avoid going outdoors, sweating, touching your face.
The skin will feel a little tingly and may get slightly itchy and warm towards the end of the day.
During removal of the mask at home, you will feel slightly heat in the face and the skin will feel tight. Redness is normal and tight feel-like sensation is a bonus -Bye bye fine lines! As sensation ratings vary from person to person, you can use a clean cold towel or fan to soothe the skin in conjunction with your skincare at home.
The number required of treatment varies from person to person and is dependent on type of skin lesions, underlying skin conditions and even the current health of the skin you are looking to improve. During your assessment and skin analysis, we will discuss with you your skin goals and you will receive a personalised treatment plan tailored to your unique skin and goals.

During this visit, we’ll perform a detailed skin assessment using advanced tools to understand your skin’s health and concerns. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
