HOW IT WORKS
The eDermaStamp® causes minimally invasive precision micro-injuries of the epidermis and dermis, without causing open wounds or ablative damage. The puncturing channels close after a short time and these micro-injuries trigger the body’s wound healing cascade, which induces an increased collagen production in the treated skin. The eDermaStamp® triggers the construction of new tissue by stimulating healthy cell regeneration in precision-targeted areas that show the signs of aging. It effectively reduces wrinkles, tightens and thickens the skin, and – perhaps most impressively – fills and smooths scars.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The treatment is tolerable because the skin is numbed. However, the client is expected to feel some discomfort, specially when treating delicate areas. As the skin is expected to be red and sensitive for about 24-48 hours after the treatment, high quality after care products significantly reduce downtime (included in your treatment plan).
THE RESULTS
Results are not immediate, because the healing process is completed only after 5-6 weeks and collagen remodelling can linger for months. Results are individual and greatly depend on the client’s lifestyle, so results are most noticeable 1-3 months after the last session.

As with any advanced treatment at Vertex Aesthetics, a variety of comfort measures are available. Numbing cream is needed and applied prior to the treatment to ensure a comfortable experience.
Your skin will slightly be red, tight and feel warm similar to a sunburn. This feeling should subside over the next 24 hours with possible residual redness that can last for up to 7 days. You may feel a sandpaper-like texture on the skin, high quality after care products significantly reduce downtime and will be included in your aftercare process.
The number required of treatment varies from person to person and is dependent on type of skin lesions, underlying skin conditions and even the current health of the skin you are looking to improve. During your assessment and skin analysis, we will discuss with you your skin goals and you will receive a personalised treatment plan tailored to your unique skin and goals.

Step 1: The Contact Form
Welcome, the first step we want you to take is filling out our contact form. Here we would love you to share as much as you feel comfortable about your skin issues and concerns. We will get back to you within 24hrs via email or text message to book a Discovery Call and schedule that time in our calendar.
Step 2: The Discovery Call
We are excited to connect with you. During this call we want to get to know you, your skin struggles and find out a bit more about your skin concerns. For us this step is to make sure you feel at ease, so don’t be afraid to ask questions. You can expect a 10 to 15 mins call. (If you have more questions, the call can be longer). Then we will proceed to book your first time appointment. As a paperless medical spa, you will receive a confirmation email of your booking and access to our “Digital Consultation Form” on the discovery call. Check your spam folder in case you don’t see our email in your email Inbox.
Step 3: First Appointment
The day has arrived. Please ensure you arrive on time, not early. You can bring pictures of your skincare routine on that day. During this first appointment we will perform a thorough skin assessment. We will use tools and equipment that allow your skin expert to understand your skin concerns and baseline health of your skin.
Step 4: The Skin Journey
We have started the process and the next days, weeks or months will be full of excitement, nervousness and doubts. Here is when you can lean on our expertise. During each appointment and in between, we will solve questions, we reassess and adjust anything from homecare routine, lifestyles habits and the skin progress. You can count on us even in between appointments. If you need us, we are here for you.
