First, what is DPC? DPC (Dynamic Pulse Control) is a unique technology offering three pulse configurations in one system: Smooth Pulse, Long Pulse and High Pulse, delivering maximum results at all treatment stages for all skin types.

Skin rejuvenation with SharpLight™ systems gives a younger, glowing look to your skin. It simultaneously treats the three main elements of sun-damaged, environmentally-polluted and aging skin by coagulating blood vessels, eliminating pigmented spots and improving skin texture.

Skin rejuvenation treatments are suitable for the face, neck, chest and hands; treating sun spots, small dilated blood vessels called telangiectasias; and skin textural changes such as small lines and enlarged pores. There are no signs of skin irritation after the treatment. You can even do it over your lunch break.

HOW IT WORKS

During the treatment, pulses of light penetrate and heat the skin. The pulses tighten the collagen fibers and stimulate the body to create new collagen. As a result, the skin immediately looks revitalized and is able to restore lost elasticity and firmness. When targeting pigment and vascular lesions, the specific wavelength of the pulses causes the pigmented lesion to break and eventually disappear while leaving the rest of the skin unharmed. Initially this process will manifest as darkening of the pigment and, then a scab will cover the treated areas that are naturally exfoliated within 1-2 weeks

WHAT TO EXPECT

The DPC emits light pulses and some patients experience slight and momentary stinging sensations. To prepare, avoid using any exfoliants (physical, chemical or mechanical), stop using any active ingredients such as retinol or vitamin A derivatives, avoid sun exposure or any tanning process, and start using sunscreen if you haven’t yet.

THE RESULTS

You will see visible results after the very first treatment – your skin will feel tighter and smoother. In order to achieve long-term results, it is recommended to undergo several treatments.

SUGGESTED SESSIONS

Our comprehensive treatment plans will be customized according to the skin needs, health, type and depth of the lesions. Typically, a treatment regimen consists of 4-8 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart.

What does Skin Rejuvenation feel like?

How is the skin after the treatment?

Immediately after the treatment you may see an instant darkening of the pigment lesion, a warm sensation and slight erythema without skin redness.

How do I know how many treatments I'll need?

The number required of treatment varies from person to person and is dependent on how much pigment, depth of the wrinkles or even the current health of the skin you are looking to improve. During your assessment and skin analysis, we will discuss with you your skin goals and you will receive a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique skin and goals.

Step 1: The Contact Form

Welcome, the first step we want you to take is filling out our contact form. Here we would love you to share as much as you feel comfortable about your skin issues and concerns. We will get back to you within 24hrs via email or text message to book a Discovery Call and schedule that time in our calendar.

Step 2: The Discovery Call

We are excited to connect with you. During this call we want to get to know you, your skin struggles and find out a bit more about your skin concerns. For us this step is to make sure you feel at ease, so don’t be afraid to ask questions. You can expect a 10 to 15 mins call. (If you have more questions, the call can be longer). Then we will proceed to book your first time appointment. As a paperless medical spa, you will receive a confirmation email of your booking and access to our “Digital Consultation Form” on the discovery call. Check your spam folder in case you don’t see our email in your email Inbox.

Step 3: First Appointment

The day has arrived. Please ensure you arrive on time, not early. You can bring pictures of your skincare routine on that day. During this first appointment we will perform a thorough skin assessment. We will use tools and equipment that allow your skin expert to understand your skin concerns and baseline health of your skin.

Step 4: The Skin Journey

We have started the process and the next days, weeks or months will be full of excitement, nervousness and doubts. Here is when you can lean on our expertise. During each appointment and in between, we will solve questions, we reassess and adjust anything from homecare routine, lifestyles habits and the skin progress. You can count on us even in between appointments. If you need us, we are here for you.
