This 10-15-minute phone call allows us to learn about your skin concerns, past treatments, and goals so we can prepare for your in-person visit. Our focus is on helping you feel understood and confident before you begin your journey. After the call, we’ll schedule your first appointment and send you the digital consultation form. Your first visit includes a 90-minute comprehensive consultation, detailed skin assessment, and hands-on evaluation using advanced diagnostic tools to understand your skin’s patterns, triggers, and overall health. This is the foundation for creating a personalized, long-term treatment plan.
Plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to settle in, relax in our welcoming space, or freshen up before your session. If you’d like to bring a friend or partner, they’re more than welcome to wait comfortably while you’re in your appointment. During this visit, we’ll perform a detailed skin assessment using advanced diagnostic tools to truly understand your skin’s health, concerns, and unique characteristics. Together, we’ll create a personalized skin program specific to you and your goals.

DO I NEED A SKIN ASSESSMENT?
Yes, every patient must complete a full consultation and skin assessment before beginning treatment. This step is not optional, because meaningful and safe results depend on understanding what’s truly happening beneath the surface.
