We’ll reach out within 24 hours via email or text to schedule your Discovery Call and reserve your spot in our calendar. This is the first step toward understanding your skin and creating a path forward together.

This 10-15-minute phone call allows us to learn about your skin concerns, past treatments, and goals so we can prepare for your in-person visit. Our focus is on helping you feel understood and confident before you begin your journey. After the call, we’ll schedule your first appointment and send you the digital consultation form. Please check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear.

Your first visit includes a 90-minute comprehensive consultation, detailed skin assessment, and hands-on evaluation using advanced diagnostic tools to understand your skin’s patterns, triggers, and overall health. This is the foundation for creating a personalized, long-term treatment plan.

Plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to settle in, relax in our welcoming space, or freshen up before your session. If you’d like to bring a friend or partner, they’re more than welcome to wait comfortably while you’re in your appointment. During this visit, we’ll perform a detailed skin assessment using advanced diagnostic tools to truly understand your skin’s health, concerns, and unique characteristics. Together, we’ll create a personalized skin program specific to you and your goals.

This is where transformation happens. Over the coming weeks and months, we’ll track your progress, adjust your skincare routine as your skin evolves, and refine your skin program to ensure you’re getting the results you deserve.
