HOW IT WORKS
During the Hair & Scalp treatment, a professional micro-needling machine (eDermaStamp® by Dermaroller®) infuses
therapeutic ingredients into the scalp. These ingredients
rejuvenate the hair follicles, block DHT and help the hair
grow thicker and healthier.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The treatment is tolerable no numbing is required. The active ingredients go beyond the surface of the
scalp and penetrate deeper into the skin. You will feel minimal pressure around the scalp, mild erythema (redness) will be visible during the 24hrs after the treatment.
The treatment creates thousands of micro-channels in the scalp, which significantly increases the absorption of active ingredients, ensuring maximum treatment efficacy.
THE RESULTS
Results are individual and can vary between people.
Generally, the results are most visible 2-3 months after the 8th treatment. For many people, noticeable improvement can be seen during the course of treatment.

As with any advanced treatment at Vertex Aesthetics, a variety of comfort measures are available. Numbing cream is needed and applied prior to the treatment to ensure a comfortable experience. For Hair Loss Therapy no numbing process is required.
Your skin will slightly be red, tight and feel warm similar to a sunburn. This feeling should subside over the next 24 hours with possible residual redness that can last for up to 7 days. You may feel a sandpaper-like texture on the skin, high quality after care products significantly reduce downtime and will be included in your aftercare process.
The number required of treatment varies from person to person and is dependent on type of skin lesions, underlying skin conditions and even the current health of the skin you are looking to improve. During your assessment and skin analysis, we will discuss with you your skin goals and you will receive a personalised treatment plan tailored to your unique skin and goals.
