GENERAL POLICY

• All appointments will be booked and confirmed through Fresha. Digital Consultation Forms are sent via Fresha. **If you can't find your confirmation email in your inbox PLEASE check your SPAM or JUNK MAIL FOLDER **

• To secure & confirm your booking time, you will be asked via Fresha to add a payment card to secure safely your appointment. NO Deposits will be required to hold a reservation. 

• All Appointments booked are subjected to consultation time. We won't offer treatments without a thorough consultation. 

• Please avoid arriving +10 minutes earlier than your appointment time (I’ll be setting up between appointment and you’ll have to wait outside).

• No extra guests are allowed. NO Exceptions

• Do not wear Contact Lenses for your appointment.

• All clients are required to bring their own mask & wear it throughout the duration of the appointment (Excluding Facial Treatments).

• Vertex Aesthetics will refused to perform treatments with clients presenting contraindications. And appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled depending on the severity of the contraindication.

• Clients that get prepaid treatments “Series” are subjected to cancellation and reschedule policy. If you fail to reschedule your appointment before 48hrs notice, 10% fee will be charge for late cancellation or 30% fee for no show.  "Series"packages are valid for period of time depending on the treatment. We will not offer treatments for unused session if the “Series” have expired.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY

• For all scheduled bookings that are modified or canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 10% fee for LATE CANCELLATION of the service or 30% fee for NO SHOW. Vertex Aesthetics does this as a courtesy to both our therapist and the clients patiently waiting on our waitlist.

• "LATE CANCELLATION": is defined as any cancellation within the time frame of less than 48 hrs to 24 hrs prior appointment scheduled. For example: "Mr. XZY booked his appointment 2 weeks ago for Saturday Jan 22nd at 10 am. He contacted us back again on Friday Jan 21 at 9am to cancel/reschedule his appointment. Therefore, he will be charge 10% fee for late cancellation."

• "NO SHOW": is defined as any cancellation on the day of your appointment.  For example: " Miss XYZ booked an appointment for Monday Jan 31st at 2PM. Miss XYZ contact us on Monday Jan 31st at 11:30am to cancel or reschedule appointment. Therefore, she will be charge a 30% fee for NO SHOW".

• For all scheduled bookings that are modified or canceled BEFORE 48 hours notice, will not be charge any fee. 

COVID-19 POLICY 

• All clients are required to bring their own mask & wear it throughout the duration of the appointment (Excluding Facial Treatments).

•  If you are experiencing any cold/flu like symptoms you are required to cancel, and all fees will be waived. If you are experiencing seasonal allergies, please do not book an appointment. 

•  Before the service starts you will be required to use the touchless hand sanitizer dispenser.

•  Please arrive on time. Not early.

• Only one person permitted at the clinic at a time to maintain social distancing.

• The COVID form is mandatory when booking and is included in your consultation form.
